Duke Winn is an accomplished director, creative manager, and art director with over a decade of expertise in motion graphics, creative direction, fashion photographer, documentary film maker, and content production.

Currently, as Global Creative Manager for Post-Production at Le Labo Fragrances (Estée Lauder), Duke leads high-stakes creative projects, delivering high-quality content across diverse platforms.

As Founder and Director of MOT Pictures, Duke achieved remarkable success in social video content, with Instagram Reels generating over 10 million views per video. His unique ability to merge technical precision with creative storytelling has made him a trusted collaborator for major fashion brands and earned him accolades as an award-winning documentary filmmaker.

During his seven-year tenure at Nickelodeon/Paramount, Duke spearheaded content strategies for large-scale campaigns, managed cross-functional creative teams, and drove innovative storytelling that resonated with audiences worldwide.
